Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro (born 8 January 1944)〔(Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro - Membros da ONMC )〕 is a Brazilian diplomat and legal scholar. Pinheiro was born in Rio de Janeiro. Within the United Nations System, he served as the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar.
